Disc Harrow TBW Series has 26″ x 5/16″ Disc Blades and 11″ Disc Spacing.

Features

  • Heavy-duty proven design with rugged boxed angle construction welded for maximum strength and rigidity.

  • High gang carrier design to prevent trash build-up and clogging.

  • Levels, cuts, and mixes to full working depth.

  • Combines the ease of maneuverability with high strength for the most adverse conditions.

  • Up to 277lbs (126kg) of weight per disk blade depending on the model with an average of 240lbs (109kg).

  • Up to 9” (229mm) maximum depth of penetration with standard 26” (660mm) diameter disk blades.

  • Equipped with Timken dual tapered roller bearings.

  • Adjustable disk blade scrapers.

  • Dual purpose transport unit for transportability and penetration control.

  • New industrial tires – 2 each. TBW-16: 7.5 x 16 – 6 ply. TBW-20 and TBW-24: 7.5 x 16 – 10ply. TBW-32: 12.5L x 15 – 12 ply. TBW-40:16.5L x 16.1 – 10 ply.

  • The hydraulic control group includes cylinders, hose holders, and hoses with fittings to reach the rear of the tractor.

  • Two heavy-duty gang wrenches.

  • Drawbar jack stand and safety chain.

Optional Equipment

  • 28” (711mm) diameter x 5/16” (8mm) thick, cutout (notched) deep concavity disk blades.

  • Drawbar with a track-type clevis.

  • Cylinder rod stops for positive depth control adjustment.
